Your Saudi Arabian driving licence combined with an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required at Veloce. The IDP is needed because Arabic-only licences must be translated into English for South African road use — the IDP handles this. Available from the Saudi Automobile & Touring Association. Minimum age 23 for the standard fleet, 25+ for supercars, no upper limit. Licence must have been held for at least 2 years. At pickup bring your Saudi licence, IDP, passport, the credit card used for the deposit (in the lead driver's name), and flight or accommodation details. Additional drivers welcome — each presents documents in person. We verify identity via Smile ID and credit-check via Experian. Process is 10-15 minutes.
