All the burning questions regarding renting a vehicle or listing a vehicle with us.
Booking a vehicle is simple - either contact us via our business Whatsapp or follow the online booking process. Choose the vehicle you want, read and accept our conditions of rental, and pay rental amount for the vehicle via our online payment gateway (Peach Payments). When you come collect your vehicle you will need to pay the required deposit amount listed on the car page. In store we'll go over the condition of the vehicle with you, for which you'll sign and accept its condition and you're to take your new car out on the open road.
Please inform us immediately as soon as damage has occured, in the event of a multiple vehicle accident - do not admit guilt to anyone. If the vehicle is damaged during the rental our terms and conditions of rental apply whereby depending on the nature of the accident damages will come out of your deposit and if necessary from our insurance contract.
On the day of the rental you will come to collect your vehicle and pay for your deposit at Cape Quarter. We will go through the condition of the vehicle with you checking for any damage, taking a record of the damage. You will then take ownership of the vehicle in its current condition and you will be responsible for subsequent damage.
