Booking a vehicle is simple - either contact us via our business Whatsapp or follow the online booking process. Choose the vehicle you want, read and accept our conditions of rental, and pay rental amount for the vehicle via our online payment gateway (Peach Payments). When you come collect your vehicle you will need to pay the required deposit amount listed on the car page. In store we'll go over the condition of the vehicle with you, for which you'll sign and accept its condition and you're to take your new car out on the open road.

The rental amount is paid online when you complete your booking and the deposit is paid in store when you come collect your vehicle.

You will need to submit your ID or Passport, drivers licence, proof of address and if randomly selected also your most recent payslip and prior insurance information.

Vehicles can be booked for periods of up to 12 months depending on availability.

Refunds are paid for cancellations beyond 1 week of a booking with a 15% service charge. There are no refunds for cancellations made within one week.

All traffic fines and infringements are paid for by the renter and come out of your deposit, with an additional 10% service charge.

There is strictly no drinking and driving allowed in our rentals. Any renter caught drinking and driving will face criminal charges and possible jail time in the South African Prison system. Furthermore they may face civil litigation.

Rentals can be collected and returned anytime between 10am and 2pm as per your booking times given.

All collections and returns must take place at our offices at Cape Quarter, Green Point in Cape Town.

Please inform us immediately as soon as damage has occured, in the event of a multiple vehicle accident - do not admit guilt to anyone. If the vehicle is damaged during the rental our terms and conditions of rental apply whereby depending on the nature of the accident damages will come out of your deposit and if necessary from our insurance contract.

On the day of the rental you will come to collect your vehicle and pay for your deposit at Cape Quarter. We will go through the condition of the vehicle with you checking for any damage, taking a record of the damage. You will then take ownership of the vehicle in its current condition and you will be responsible for subsequent damage.

Yes we can arrange a concierge service for a fee.

Vehicles can be driven up to 150km per day. So for a 5 day rental a total of 750km can be driven throughout the trip (you can do more than 150km in a day provided the total does not exceed the 750km overall total). Over km charges are on a per km basis and vary depending on the class of vehicle.

If a vehicle is stolen on a trip please inform us immediately via phone, ensuring that we are aware of the situation as soon as possible. You must then please report the vehicle stolen at the nearest police station within 12 hours.

You must be at least 27 years old to rent a vehicle.

Collections from other nearby Western Cape Cities can be arranged before hand at an additional cost.

No only those who are listed and verification checks done may drive a vehicle.

No driving erratically or driving over the speed limit is not allowed and may result in loss of your deposit.

No smoking is allowed in the vehicles, evidence of smoking may result in a partial loss of deposit.
