Liabilities: 
1. The Renter is liable for all parking and traffic violations, including an administration fee of R500.00 per traffic offence. The Renter is further responsible for all Toll Fees levied during the rental period. 
2. If the Renter wishes to extend the rental period Veloce must be contacted 6 hours in advance of the original return date and any additional rental days will be charged immediately and in advance directly to the Hirer’s account. A R2000.00 penalty is applicable to any and all overdue rentals per overdue period. 
3. A Damage / Loss Claim Handling Fee of R 1500 is applicable in the event of  damage to the vehicle. 
4. For single-vehicle accidents involving negligence (e.g. reckless driving or speeding), renters may be liable for up to twice the deposit, depending on the incident.
5. If an accident occurs (a) it must be reported immediately to the Company, (b) the details of all persons involved and any witness(es) and the police should be obtained and a sketch plan should be made. You must not make any admission that you were at fault nor make or promise any payment. I hereby acknowledge receipt of the above car in good condition and including the accessories for the vehicle of which I accept full responsibility and for which I shall make full payment if found missing on return ie: Spare Wheel, Brace and Jack.
6. All vehicles are sent for refuelling upon return regardless of the fuel gauge reflecting a full tank. In the event where the vehicle requires more than 1L to be filled a refuelling fee of R500, is applicable.
7. This agreement is subject to the signing and acceptance of the Veloce Manual Card Authorisation.
8. The condition of the vehicle is recorded as per time stamped electronic photographic recordings of the interior, exterior, rims and wheel condition any damage to the vehicle will be treated as per Veloce's Terms & Conditions.
9. Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited, since it permanently impacts the smell of the interior - any evidence to the contrary may result in total loss of deposit.
